When you book an appointment or confirm a payment, we collect your name, mobile number, chosen treatment, appointment date and time, and any notes you add. For payment confirmations we also collect your UPI transaction reference. We do not collect UPI PINs, OTPs, card numbers or bank credentials at any point.
Your details are used only to confirm and schedule your appointment, to contact you about that appointment, to verify a payment against your booking, and to maintain your session or membership balance. Health notes you share are used solely to make your treatment safe and comfortable.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Details are visible only to our front desk and the therapist assigned to you. Booking enquiries submitted through this website are delivered to our official email address and are not shared with any third-party marketer.
Appointment and payment records are retained for as long as needed to service your bookings, memberships and statutory accounting requirements. You may request deletion of your records at any time by writing to us.
This website does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Embedded Google Maps may set cookies governed by Google's own privacy policy.
Access to guest records is restricted to authorised staff. Payments are completed inside your own UPI application; we only receive the reference you choose to share with us.
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. We action verified requests within seven working days.
