Terms & Conditions

The simple, fair terms under which we deliver every treatment, package and membership.

These terms govern services provided by Sky Line Beauty & Spa, Plot No M5A, Mahadevpuram Colony, Gajularamaram Road, Near Shivaji Statue, Hyderabad – 500055.

Appointments

All bookings are confirmed by our front desk over phone or WhatsApp. Please arrive ten minutes before your slot. Arriving late may shorten your session so that the following guest is not delayed; the full fee still applies.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Reschedules and cancellations are free with at least four hours' notice. Cancellations inside four hours, or no-shows, may deduct one session from a package or attract a nominal fee at management's discretion.

Pricing

All listed prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may be revised from time to time; the price confirmed at the time of booking applies to that appointment.

Packages

The 4-session package is valid for three months and the 10-session package for six months from date of purchase. Packages are personal, non-refundable and non-transferable except where expressly permitted by management. Unused sessions lapse on expiry.

Memberships

Memberships run for twelve months from the activation date and cover the named member only. Member discounts cannot be combined with promotional offers or package pricing unless stated.

Payments

Payments may be made at the spa or online via UPI to our registered number. Online payments are confirmed only after we verify the transaction reference you submit. Never share your UPI PIN or OTP with anyone, including our staff.

Health and safety

Please disclose pregnancy, injuries, recent surgery, skin conditions, allergies or medical conditions before your session. We may decline or modify a treatment where it is not appropriate for your health. Our therapies are relaxation services and are not a substitute for medical treatment.

Spa etiquette

We maintain a strictly professional environment. Inappropriate behaviour, intoxication or requests outside our published service menu will result in immediate termination of the session without refund and may be reported.

Belongings

Please keep valuables with you. The spa is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings left on the premises.
